We do not accept temporary checks. Payment by personal check delays work release
until check clears the bank.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Foreign currencies will not be accepted. Checks and money orders sent from outside the U.S. must be drawn on an international bank. All credit card payments incur a $5 processing fee.
Extraordinary charges such as long distance, unusual postage/mailing costs may be added to your charges. However, we will advise you of any additional costs before incurring them.
All fees are non-refundable except in the case of overpayment.
SpanTran Educational Services, Inc. considers document verification / authentication to be of paramount importance. In certain instances SpanTran may require Document Verification Service if there is a suspicion of alteration or fraud, if the documents are from a country or an educational institution that frequently has issues with fraudulent documents, if the target institution requires this service, or if SpanTran otherwise requires a verification.
